Important Notification: Influence COVID-19 on Praxis operations

Published on 7 April 2020

Dear customer,

We’d like to inform you about the impact the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has on our operations. Over the past two to three weeks, Praxis Automation Technology has taken various measures to minimize the risk of infection in the workplace of our employees. These preventive measures have ensured a steady supply chain of our products. We are currently not facing any issues with our deliveries and commitments. We also don’t expect any such issues on short notice.

However, we are unable to continue our service levels outside the Netherlands, due to international travel restrictions which impact our service engineers. We do offer a world-wide network of local support, which can be found on our website. Or, alternatively, contact our service department for more information about availability of local service in your region.

Inside the Netherlands, service might still be possible. This will depend on measures taken locally at our customer’s premises. We will take a decision about each individual case in close cooperation with our customers.

Despite all measures taken, Praxis might still face delays and/or shortages on supplies in the longer term. In case this occurs, please rest assured that our team will do their utmost to minimize the impact on deliveries and services. In case deliveries are impacted we will inform you as early as possible to limit consequences.

On behalf of the team here at Praxis I would like to thank you for your understanding in this matter. We wish you and your colleagues all the best in this uncertain period.

Yours sincerely,

Terry van Velzen
